Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing clients from the database or other sources via phone and email
• Schedule a meeting between the prospective client and the Sales team
• Understand the company's value proposition and be able to have a conversation with a decision maker
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and in making follow up calls, if required
• Enter, update and manage client's information and status in the CRM and database
• Provide best effort in meeting appointment setting targets and metrics
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 2 to 4 years of Appointment Setting/Outbound Sales experience
• Experience working in the Financial Services industry
• Experience working with any Sales CRM
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Sales-focused and KPI driven
• Someone who likes doing phone outreach
• High attention to detail
• Has the can-do attitude
• Positive and upbeat personality
• Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Executives/Chief Financial Officers
• Has a passion for Technology, Sales and Marketing

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
