₱ 15,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
A customer service representative for a food delivery company is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues related to food delivery
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide customers with information on menu items, promotions, and delivery times
• Maintain customer data and order history
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
Applicants must be/have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Patience, empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Requirements
Minimum education level: Junior High School
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Negotiation, Customer Support
