Job Title: Call Center Agent (Non-Voice)
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Location: [Quezon City]
Job Summary: The Call Center Agent (Non-Voice) is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via email, chat, and other non-voice channels. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner via email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to the call center operations.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including customer satisfaction and efficiency targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
