Job Description
We are looking for Application Support / Data Engineers for the client's existing on premise Informatica-Cloudera platform production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of Informatica-Cloudera platform jobs and supported components and escalating to appropriate channels the related issues which are beyond the scope of support.
Report/file incident, request and deployment management through internal ITSM Tool.
Provide email, chat and remote support for Informatica-Cloudera platform users.
To provide next level support to L1 team escalated issues.
To escalate to SMEs for resolving highly technical issues which are beyond the technical capability of the resources.
To escalate to SME for fulfilling customer requests which are beyond the technical capability of the resources.
To fulfill ingestion requests from customers.
Maintain Known Error Database for Informatica-Cloudera.
Qualification:
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
With banking background is a plus
