Responsibilities:
Deliver application maintenance and support services to customers
Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process
Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported
Perform program development for application enhancement
Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor
Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
A minimum of 1-year IT experience Having hands-on experience of the following platform and programming language
Experience in Remedy tool is a must Good command of spoken and written English
Technical requirements:
Knowledge on Java, SQL, HTML, J2EE (JSP+servlet), javascript, CSS, Spring, Hibernate4, weblogic, websphere, Jboss, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, MS/SQL, ASP.net, C#, DB2 SQL, MySQL, Remedy ITSM module are an advantage
