Summary:
The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing Production Support for Billing and Ordering system for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He / She will be part of the team that resolves incidents tickets, perform bug fixing and enhancements to the current system.
The Job:
He / She will be responsible for ongoing maintenance support of the Billing and Ordering system with the following scope of duties:
Analyze and resolve incident tickets, batch job failures and postpaid provisioning support
Develop the required application enhancements with complete test cases
Create unit test cases, perform comprehensive unit testing & record the results
Provide support for user testing, user acceptance testing and system implementation
Provide ongoing user and application support
The Person:
University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science related disciplines
With minimu of at least 3 years of work related experience
Skilled in Core Java with XML
Skilled in SQL, PL/SQL and Shell scripting
Skilled in Unix
Experienced using WebLogic
Able to work under pressure
Effective verbal and written communication in English
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
Willing to work on weekends / holidays for the primary support
