Job Description
Assisting in supporting client applications and services
Receive client calls, figure out the hurdles/application issues and then provide level 1 kind of troubleshooting on the issue (when and how it happened, what did the client do to make it happen, etc.).
Update the relevant tickets on respective client portal add/ attach inference.
And give the necessary resolution steps, etc. Incase of further escalation, and assign it to next level team
Qualifications
at least 1-3 years relevant experience in application support
Willing to work onsite/hybrid Set up
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
