Job Description
3-4 yrs experience in Application support (L2 level) could be from Dev background (3-4 yrs in .NET/Java full stack development) might prove helpful
Strong ability to understand process specific business workflows & product-oriented concepts
Check, understand system procedures and guide teams to follow the same
Relate between system procedures and followed human procedure
Take ownership of issues/bottlenecks and relate to existing procedures troubleshoot issues
Good ability & hands-on on DB related tools for troubleshooting issues
Understand various processes, product cycles and relay to relevant onsite/offshore team
Qualifications:

Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Willing to work onsite/hyrbid set up
