Job Description Provide academic support and train Sales team/Distributors Receive and respond inquiries from customers (distributors, accounts) Manage and solve customer's complaint on application related matters (distributors, accounts). Support Sales team in presentations/evaluation Prepare a presentation and attend exhibitor's/ international SA meetings Prepare all convention materials, catalogs review and revision Manage company accounts on SNS and share information once a week Research and report main source of documents, references requested by Sales/accounts Inquire to academic team of head office in Japan Assist/help/relieve Sales in product presentations Data verification and evaluation of products Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree or above 3+ years of experience in scientific affairs, import, and sales registration in the medical field.
