Job Purpose
Support, monitor and develop our Digital Board Meeting, part of the BI BW our SAP HANA BW system, and several other source systems. Support business and facilitate continuous growth in business efficiency and usage of the BI solution. Troubleshooting issues will be a part of a normal working day.
Key Activities
Supporting the Digital Board Meeting solution by handling L2 support tickets
Develop SQL backend for the Digital Board Meeting solution
Troubleshooting issues regarding data and usage
Manage the backlog of tickets in the Business Intelligence area
Continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency
Various IT tasks
Key Success Factors:
Structured and continuously monitoring of tickets in L2
In control of support of Digital Board Meeting solution by living up to SLA and obtain a good satisfaction score
Delivering quality continues business improvement solutions by understanding and collaboration with the business but at the same time stick to standard solutions and Grundfos guidelines
Close cooperation with your colleagues across the stakeholders in the business and IT
Taking ownership of assignments
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 year BI developer and support experience
Backend developer skills in SQL
Knowledge about change processes / plans in a global setup (ITIL)
Knowledge about ETL (Extract load and transform)
Skilled in data modelling
