Primary Objectives
Provide assistance with all aspects of training and communications for Systems projects, including training development and delivery of training communication materials.
Provide assistance in the delivery of a range of project and corporate documentation and products including newsletters, brochures, manuals, user guides, case studies, website, company profile etc.
Responsibilities
Undertake detailed analysis to understand and assist with documenting business and functional requirements of systems development and enhancement projects with a view to translating these into high quality, easy to use client support materials.
Document existing procedures and assist in developing new procedural guides for system enhancements, as well as other technical writing as required.
Research and develop software training programs and materials for classroom based training - predominantly Train the Trainer.
Deliver applications training and communications products to ensure the smooth implementation of systems development/ enhancement projects.
Support training evaluation and review process.
Undertake additional project activities such as system testing as required.
Undertake timely facilitation of internal and external training classes and forums both on and off-site.
Adhere to IGT ISO and internal process and procedures.
Focus on projects through entire life cycle - start up to completion.
Update and develop course work and associated support material.
Test new releases of software to ensure they meet market requirements.
Perform extensive analysis of casino business processes and operations for installation of new products as well as to support existing system installations.
Develop excellent working relationships with high-level casino personnel.
Constantly update and maintain a high level of understanding of IGT system products and casino industry standards.
