Your Role and Responsibilities . 10+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in Banking as an Application Architect, leading solutioning and consulting engagements in systems integration space . Provide advice and consultancy across the project teams on the Application-level strategies and architectures . Ability to communicate well and articulate to clients and have meaningful discussions in order to attain client confidence . Participate in Application assessments and provide guidance to project teams to ensure that the Application architecture standards and strategies are followed . Develop and maintain application architectures (and related work products) to ensure the design integrity of the application subsystem and that it meets the agreed requirements . Work with respective client application owners and internal teams to deep dive understanding of the applications and business processes where applicable. . Understand how the business requirements can be met using application software, and identify what application software packages and / or bespoke code is needed . Define and implement application architecture (across Application, Database and Middleware systems) for diverse business processes, projects, and function . Assess the transaction process flow to understand transaction paths, data flow of an application. . Assess the feasibility of applications for architecture re-design e.g., Application modernization, cloudification, Always On etc. . Provide recommendations to the Enterprise Architect on technical resources and action plans necessary for an efficient Enterprise Architecture . Conduct tests to ensure an application conforms to fundamental application standards and meets the requirements of end users . Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures for application use Required Technical and Professional Expertise 10 -15 years' experience Good communication skills Client presentation skills Can do attitude Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Business Consulting, Sales / Pipeline building (Not compulsory) Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Master's Degree
