Job Description
Job Brief
Provide complementary support to sales in terms of product demonstration and acceptance of product to prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities
Schedules actual demonstrations of equipment as requested by the RSM.
Coordinates with the warehouse and the service engineer the schedule of equipment to be used for demo.
Schedules end user trainings to clients as requested by the RSM.
Schedules demo or end user training.
Conducts actual demonstrations and end user trainings as well.
Collates demo evaluation forms and end-user training acknowledgment forms filled-up and signed by doctors/end-users.
Coordinates with RSMs if there are any issues that arise during the demo.
Monitors request for Demo and pull-out of unit from hospital.
Prepares and submits weekly Demo Status forms and inventory.
Trains new Application Specialists and sales managers
In-charge of developing and collating training manual for trainee or newly hired AppS.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Graduate of Medical Course Preferrably Nursing, Medical Technology, or Radiologic Technology
With clinical experience as Nurse, MedTech, or Radtech.
With relevant experience of atleast 1 is an advantage
Above Average Communications Skills
Proactive
Very Good presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Power Point
Good teaching skills
Amenable to travel
