This is a technical role working within the Applications Management team providing overall support to Enterprise Business Applications. Responsibilities include the maintenance of production applications to ensure they are functioning and performing. ????We are looking for an Application Management Engineer 3+ years' experience in a 1st or 2nd line tech support. Experience with MS Windows Server (2016, 2019) and Workstation (Windows 10) (Installations, Patching, Admin tasks) Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS. Experience with configuring Windows Desktops Registry settings. Experience with troubleshooting client and server side application issues in a MS environment. Experience with Citrix Administration Experience with the preparation, testing, and deployment of applications in a distributed Citrix environment including MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other client applications Familiar with MS SQL Knowledge of Apple systems would be beneficial WORK SET UP : Temporary WFH WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift (5pm to 2am/ 6pm to 3am), M-F
