Job Descriptions
Provide instructions to, conduct software demonstrations for, and answer technical questions from customers and other internal personnel.
Assist in troubleshooting and correction of software problems.
Conduct or assist the account management team with end-user sales calls.

Job Qualifications
At least 1 year of related customer and client facing experience in the IT, Engineering, or Software environment.
Extensive knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP.
Experience in Zapier, IFTTT, or any similar no-code/low-code automated workflow systems.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in API integration, JSON formatting, and RESTFUL architecture.
Exposure to Citrix Podio a plus but not required.
Exemplary technical and problem-solving skills, and highly analytical.
Has a can-do attitude and has great interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Can communicate and collaborate well across interdisciplinary teams.
