Job Description
To accurately target and define the product that is appropriate to the requirements and specifications of the client.
Collaborate with sales pre and post-sales to provide in-depth technical support for products, but not limited to: sizing & selection of appropriate equipment, drawings and performance curve, and all technical information associated with products.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned by Immediate Head from time to time.
Analysis and Problem Solving
Read and interpret customer technical specifications and collaborate with sales team member to prepare quotations and proposals.
Review customer's specification and prepare comprehensive professional quotation and proposal.
To render service/site visitation/site inspection accompanied by Sales or Service Team.
Handle telephone queries of clients.
Job Qualification
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Licensed Electrical & Mechanical Engineer is a plus
PSME and IIEE member.
