JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Analyze and gather technical specification that converts into an application and align with architectural design proposals to meet business needs
Adhere to specific development best practices for code quality designs, testing and software development tools
Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
Participate in code and quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements
Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing
Architect / Tech Lead:
Direct strategic decisions to enable best leverage of technology solutions
Responsible for solution outcomes of a specific technical stack
Create solution, blueprints of application and technical architecture components
Provide working evidence beyond architectural diagrams with specific details designs, specifications, and frameworks
Mentor tram members in good secure coding practices to ensure the application is freed of most common coding vulnerabilities and that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and non-functional goals
Manage technical debt and broader cross-cutting technical needs to maintain and accelerate team velocity
Escalation points for high complexity defects
QUALIFICATIONS:
For Manager level: at least 8 years experience in a similar role
For Team Lead level: at least 2 years experience in a similar role
Must have skills: AWS, skilled in NodeJS for Backend or ReactJS for Frontend
