💼 Role: Application Developer/SAP FICO FinanceWhat You'll Do:
🎯 Design and develop SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development with a focus on SAP FICO Finance.
Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP systems.
Proficiency in ABAP programming language is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a flexible environment.
Analyze business requirements related to financial processes and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.
Configure SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA) to meet business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to implement and test solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes within SAP.
Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day SAP FICO issues and provide root cause analysis.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Develop and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
