Purpose of the job:
Management of technical application used for product development.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Technical
Responsible for the system implementation, management, maintenance etc.
General support of application upodates
Management and maintenance on application level
Keep the applications up and running
Application improvement
Ensure / verify the composition of the licenses for the products are correct
Contribute to application improvement in time, depending on profile
Participate in the creation / definition of software packages
Investigate new software requests from our software board
License optimization
Spare with colleagues in the Tools and Integration team around the license usage
Spare with Tools and Integration around the composition
Spare with Tools and Integration around possible saving in the license composition
Renewal
Ensure we keep all renewal dates and agreements, together with the Tools and integration + our SAM team
Ensure the data for the composition of the licenses are present and verified.
Locate saving in annual fees
License optimization
Contribute to license optimization by creating the right data foundation.
Ensure Tools and Integration has the correct knowledge on requirements for the different systems
Continuous compliance check up
Ensure technical deliveries according to system and solution architecture
Develop software according to specified software development process (e.g. IT security and testability governance etc.)
Ensure system performance optimization
Ensure code review according to quality standards
Train associate developers
Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams - and influence others in the team
Work effectively in CI/CD pipeline
Provide input for knowledge sharing and communities across the organization
Provide input for developing software engineering expertise area
The position will preferably be in PH alternatively in CN or HU

Required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent work experience within Engineering or IT. Engineering background with strong IT interests/knowledge, or vice versa.
Industry, market and business environment - Most likely to have 3-4 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Technical, functional and professional
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in product Development.
Strong ability influence others.
Competences in windows server applications, nice to have.
Administrator competences / knowledge of FLEXlm or similar license management systems would be nice but not required.
Windows knowledge
Install knowledge for a lot of systems, we are going to change license server info on a lot of systems.
Knowledge of NI products (we got a cleanup project in our license usage / pool)
