As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Who You Are and What Will You Do
As a Application Architect for SuccessFactors you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
Provides a complete solution to customer covering both SuccessFactors as well as third party solutions.
Owns the technical architecture and all interface points for the solution.
Work with customer to design the landscape, architecture and technology integration plan.
Application Architect works with internal team to ensure that all the integration points between the processes.
This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
More than 4 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors
Experienced in any of the following: SAP SF-Employee Central
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2-3 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred
Good communication skills will be an advantage
