Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Application Architect for Oracle Enterprise Applications you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
Responsible for analyzing functional requirements and creating technical design by leveraging in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Applications.
Develops and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution to the Client and project team.
Designs applications which may run on multiple platforms and may be composed of multiple software packages.
Typically Client focused and can handle complex consulting and Implementation centric development engagements independently.
Responsible for reviewing of technical work products and ensuring adherence to quality, performance, availability, security as per industry standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in Oracle Weblogic, Linux and scripting
You should have experience in J2EE development, BI Publisher, Oracle & Linux
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) and/or client sites
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in Korn shell scripting & Oracle Network Mangement System is highly preferred
Gas/Electric Utility Domain knowledge/experience is a plus
