The Data Management Application Analyst's major responsibility is to provide professional and global IT assistance to Grundfos Information Services (IS) end users. To provide fundamental application consulting for Data Management Solutions & Services, as well as to work on ongoing business improvements in IS. Influence the application users to get maximum value out of the given application. Providing a proficient interface for our users and keeping them informed on the progress, feasibility or potential needs for inputs. Basic application consultancy, implementation and second line support.
Key Activities
Deliver basic application consultancy tasks within the Data Management Operations scope and work on continuous business improvements.
Conduct second line support work according to the defined Grundfos IS support framework. Support service and incident handling in ServiceNow system.
Optimize the tools and processes in the Data Management Solutions & Services Team. Ensure that process documentations are maintained in SAP Solution Documentation, SharePoint and Knowledge Article.
Coordinate with global business users, super users, as well as functional teams to determine their data and archiving requirements and provide necessary solutions.
Develop, test and carry out SAP programs according to functional documentations.
Perform regular archiving activities in accordance with the established lifecycle management rules and dependencies of each object.
Design, implement, and document test cases for system migration and upgrades to ensure all system functionalities are working properly.
Collaborate with project teams to implement quality data mass change activities.
Participate in giving training if necessary.
Qualifications and skills requirements:

Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in IT and Consultancy.

Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the IT and Consultancy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
Three or more years of experience in data management
Experience on SAP data management processes and tools
Experience on Data Archiving
Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management.
Good methodical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work freely and as part of a team.
