Trained and can navigate the different Client's tools: Salesforce Confluence JIRA SEG Optum Column Mapper Transformation Configuration Parameterized Rules Client's Production and Test Environments Standard files: 834, dMax, Delimited, Proprietary Custom files: 0- 5 complexity 3 months to 1 year: Standard files (Example: VSP, Eyemed, Hyatt, Delta Dental) that can get signed off on with just one test file and with one value for all configurations Works with carriers/ clients/ Customer Success Managers/ Delivery Managers/ Ops Support/ Engineers in resolving discrepancies (file or data errors). Sends notification to carriers/ clients that test and production files have been sent. Confirms receipt of test file and provide a file feedback ETA (usually 3-5 business days)
