Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Manual QC Testing related.
3+ years background with API Testing.
Have good architectural knowledge of various web services, REST, SOAP and Micro Services.
Should able to use all the web methods like GET, POST, DELETE, etc
Experience validating response, response time, error code
Ability to validate the xml and Json body by using Json parsersMust know to use OAuth and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms
Experience in Load and Security testing on web services
Able to read and understand API documentations
Able to derive a number of test cases and scenarios to limit risk of changes
Extensive experience in SQL queries to validate API and DB data elements
Should have knowledge of:
o CRUD operations
o Error codes
o Response code and response time
o JSON and XML
Should be able to use the request forms like HTML, Javascript, Json and XML in a request body
Working knowledge of .NET APIs
Knowledge of SQL, DB services PostgresDB and Microsoft SQL
Amenable to night shift schedule
Amenable to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna
