Job Description
Translates manual processes or business rules into an automated system application to provide solutions, performance, accuracy, and reliability based on the user requirements
Analyzes and produce automated solutions based on the changing business needs to quickly adapt with new system requirements
Analyzes, define, and document the functional and technical specifications based on the user requirements to maintain references for each system application
Analyzes and resolve possible issues related to user problems to prevent future occurrences
Creates, documents, and executes developer test plans to find possible system defect and ensure that the system is running based on its intended use and has complied with the business requirements
Reports directly to Emerging Technology Development Department Head to discuss various concerns to ensure timely completion as scheduled in the Project Implementation Plan
Supports, guides, and assists user concerns to provide immediate solution or recommend techniques or ways to resolve the concern
Performs trainings on business users to ensure that users have knowledge and maximize the use of the developed systems functionalities
Recommends possible enhancements on the existing system processes to prevent unforeseen error and produce better performance
Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time where the incumbent's expertise is involved
