Job Description:
Aufgabe
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with any or combination of the following standards: ASME Section V Article 4,5,6 & 7 / AWS D1.1 / API 653 /API 570 / API 510 / and other standards applicable to NDT
- Capable of performing MT, PT, UT.
- Conduct 3rd party inspection/witness services (tank inspections; pipeline inspections; pressure vessel inspections; etc.)
- Conduct lifting gear inspections
- Capable of performing the visual inspection and thickness gauging in accordance to specified standards
- Other duties deemed necessary and as per instructed by the Supervisor
- Create preliminary and final report documents /sign off report
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a certified ASNT Level II or PCN Level II or CSWIP Level II in appropriate methods.
- With comprehensive Oil & Gas onshore / offshore, Petrochemical, Power Plants and Refineries Plants background related to NDT works.
- Being conversant with all the techniques involving NDT methods such as UT,MT & PT.
- Experienced in Remaining life and corrosion rate calculations in accordance to specified standards.
- Had Courses Certification from known Organization mainly related with NDT.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with onshore/offshore oil/gas industry and engineering standards for the part relevant to the installation such as AWS ,ASME B31.3, API, ASME, etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to use a personal computer with basic knowledge on Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and E-mail system.
- Candidate must possess Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work and travel across the Philippines.
- Knows how to drive a motor vehicle and has a valid driver's license
