APAC Finance Insights Specialist (Revenue Management)- PH based

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Specialist, Finance Insights - Revenue Management(APAC) to join our fast-growing regional team.
Key responsibilities:
Revenue management
Partner with regional and local commercial teams (sales, supplier/category/assortment management, campaign, marketing, pricing) to deliver regional top-line initiatives
Provide financial insights in revenue (product margin, supplier-funded margin and non-retail margin) and incentive spends
Perform revenue and pricing analysis against financial budget, highlighting trends and communicating any causes of unexpected variances.
Forecasting and Budgeting
Develop financial plans based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, with the objective of achieving growth and profitability targets.
Create financial modelling based on business plans, new channels or product offerings, and business development opportunities.
Financial Reviews
Produce, compile, and present financial data to evaluate business performance, and provide informed recommendations
Key requirements:
Proven track record of mid-senior to senior stakeholder management skills
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in an e-commerce, technology and/or startup company.
Energetic, highly motivated and independent
Possess a business-driven and growth mindset plus excellent communication and interpretation skills
Strong commercial awareness/curiousity, strong critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and hands-on attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment all whilst having fun!
Exceptional Microsoft Office and Google suite skills (particularly G Slides and G Docs).
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
