We have opportunities for Employee Relations (ER) Triage Partner position in our APAC Employee Engagement, Culture and Conduct (EECC) group.
General Responsibility
Reporting to the ER Support Lead, this ER Partner will be a part of an experienced ER Professionals who conducts triage of all ER inquiries, issues and case endorsements for proper dispositioning and assignment to the appropriate case management group.
S/He will also partner with HR colleagues and Business Managers to implement appropriate strategies, plans and interventions to develop and/or maintain a high performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engages HR colleagues and Corporate Employee Relations to assist in resolving serious and/or sensitive work concerns
Executes on a robust risk and controls agenda.
Triage -- receives all inquiries and case endorsement from designated ER intake channels, analyzes the nature of the inquiry, creates or dispositions a case in standard system tools, includes all pertinent information and documents, and reassigns these to the appropriate ER case management team for handling
Maintains inventory count of all inquiries received by the APAC EECC Team, creates reports and conducts analysis to present trends and help identify recommendations for efficiencies and/or risk avoidance
Performs other ER-related tasks relating to risk and control measures -- case reopen requests, HCM separation approvals, record checks, facilitation of personal relationship declaration reviews
