Mission Details 13;
-Manage APAC content calendar
-Develop and execute digital content for nominated APAC countries.
-Engage with local agencies in markets where applicable
-Manage APAC country digital KPI tracking dashboard
-Execute APAC country digital media spend
-Help to localize global content into APAC region
-Manage APAC country social media pages (nominated countries only) including community management
-Review, support and manage (where required) APAC country e-comm sites
-Support top country customers in Consumer and Construction categories with digital toolkits

-Execute SEM / SEO program within agreed budget where appropriate
-Align with global content team
-Support with website CMS where appropriate
-Help to develop APAC display advertising initiatives
-Assist with community management of social media
-Help to improve the consumer experience allocated APAC country websites
-Prepare and execute EDM campaigns if required for allocated APAC countries
-Track and manage google analytics where required
-Edit and post videos to bostik YouTube, bostik training academy for allocated countries.
Required Profile 13;
Competencies:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
-Networking: Understand the business strategy and connect with the local teams
-Understanding of Google Analytics tool
-Min 3 years' experience in content marketing / content management / social media & community management
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages
-Strong Influencing skills
-Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Required Profile 13;
Competencies:
-Demonstrated strong PC and Microsoft skills as well as skills in editing software (Adobe)
-Knowledge of CMS systems would be desirable
-Strong analytical and reporting / measurement ability
-Demonstrated presentation skills
-Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
-Able to meet deadlines, plan and organize work priorities
-Strong research skills
