This position will be responsible for and involved in a number of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Invoice Posting
- Check, match, and convert inventory invoices to SAP
- Email communication with other departments - such as WH team and Purchasing team
- other various accounting duties
The AP Staff will be in charge of converting all GRNI (goods received but not invoiced) balance to inventory invoices. Will check, validate, match and convert the received goods to invoices in system - SAP. Must have experience with invoicing, i.e. invoice matching and BL checking). Additionally, AP Staff will assist AP Manager for any inquiry or any reconciliation of the related vendor's accounts if needed.
Position requires the ability to interact and correspond via email and phone with WH team and Purchasing team to effectively communicate and resolve invoicing or documents matters. Also assist with the request of payment records or other references by emails.
Position requires strong organizational and communication skills along with MS Office Excel and Word experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable applications in SAP system.
SAP experience or similar is required.
Work independently in a heavy transaction environment.
Assist with special projects as directed and/or assigned by Management.
BA degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
B. Requirements
Strong oral and written communications skills with proficiency in English.
Strong work ethic and team player
Highly organized with ability to keep track of own schedule and deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility with computers overall
2+ years experience working as AP Specialist
Communication - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with employees, customers and all other contacts. Ability to adjust communication style to suit situation and audience.
Critical Thinking - Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical approach to all tasks.
Detailed oriented - Ability to check and match the different documents for value, quantity and other elements. Also, need to follow for the correct documents if needed.
Computer Skills - Must be excellent in Excel (must know how to do V-lookup at least) Proficient in Word and Outlook. Ability to type at 40 wpm with accuracy. Ability to learn various other software programs to include SAP.

10 pm to 7 am Philippine Time - Monday to Friday
