I. Job Description
The role is responsible for the verification for submitted Vendor billings and statement of accounts and preparation of transactions together with the necessary schedules and summaries such as Accounts Payable Vouchers, Expense Reports for Petty Cash replenishments, cash advances, and reimbursements.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receive and review documents from suppliers and service providers-matching purchase orders, receiving reports/delivery receipts, and sales invoice/billings/statements of accounts.
2. Verify and review Request for Payments - approvals and details.
3. Process the following materials, asset, and service purchase:
· Project Materials
· Project labor and services
· Subcontractors
· Fixed asset acquisitions
4. Conduct matching purchase orders, receiving reports/delivery receipts, and sales invoice/billings/statement of accounts,
5. Preparation of Accounts Payable Vouchers and application of vendor's Debit Memos.
6. Preparation of Expense Reports and Payable Report for each type of disbursement.
· Accounts Payable Report
· Fixed Asset Purchases Report
7. Coordinate and make business correspondence to suppliers and services providers for any discrepancies and concerns on billings and statement of accounts.
III. Qualifications
1. Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related courses.
2. Preferably with less a year of general, expense, and payable accounting/business related experience but entry levels are welcome.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
4. With good communication skills both is oral and written
