Primarily working in the legal sector the business develops two data management products using the latest technologies for their domains. Our workload is increasing, due to our outstanding reputation for delivery, and we need to grow the team to support our new contracts. Currently we are looking for a Front-end Developer (Angular) who has a strong foundation in HTML, CSS3 and Angular.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Good communication skills. Working as part of a remote team, you should be able to clearly communicate ideas, contribute to planning/design sessions, and work effectively with remote tools such as Teams, Office365 & Github.
To continually review and improve the existing code. The codebase is currently 5 years old and we are always seeking to improve it in order to make future maintenance and enhancements easier.
To further the development of our two software solutions. You will be given individual units of work with which you will first investigate and then plan. Once the plan is agreed you will be responsible for completing the work and integrating it into a product release. Your creativity and ability to think 'outside the box' will be essential in providing the best possible solutions for our customers.
Contribute to the team. You will be able to communicate your ideas, not just on solutions but on any topic that might affect our customers; from development to services and support.
Self-improvement - by keeping up to date with new ideas and technology in the industry you will be better able to improve our products
Qualifications
Technical Requirements:
Required
Previous Angular2+ experience, we currently run Angular 11
Angular Material component experience
Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS3
NGRX and Observables experience
Unit and integration testing experience
Working knowledge of best practices (object oriented design, implementing design patterns where appropriate, understand SOLID principals)
Bonus
Knowledge and understanding of Agile practices (Kanban / scrum etc)
Knowledge/experience of XP methodologies (Test Driven Development, pair programming etc)
Familiarity with technologies such as flex, scss, tailwind
UX design experience
Good experience of interfacing with a restful web api.
Additional Information
Other Requirements:
You must be able to work from home with a strong discipline to ensure work targets are met on time and produced to an excellent, pre-agreed quality.
You will also be required to travel to regular company meet ups.
