Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering third party, commission and business development objectives including driving overseas ancillary streams, increased number and variety of vendors, suppliers, airport transfer providers & ambient advertising clients.
Introduce new and innovative commission based ancillary revenue.
Benchmarking existing ancillary revenue services offered by other airlines or other industries or market segments to ensure Cebu Pacific is ahead of the game.
Ensure a holistic and comprehensive project management of new products & services using agile business tools.
Ensure the achievement of key performance measures to ensure success of new or existing products and services.
Evaluate and formulate business plans of new products or services related to non-core ancillary revenue.
Provide directions and recommendations with regard to ancillary products.
Negotiate with suppliers for commercial terms and execution.
Coordinate with frontline teams for implementation.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering or the like.
With 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Must have previous experience in managing third party suppliers and internal services.
Must have a good handle in building positive stakeholder management and relationships with external partners/suppliers.
Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties.
Must be a good team player and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative work environment.
Must have excellent communication skills.
