Investigate, Fix and Resolve incidents and Requests from client related to Anaplan
Manage and Handle Anaplan tickets following the Service Management process
Manage and communicate with business stakeholders to provide updates on Anaplan issues and requests
Manage Quality of the deliverables of the Anaplan team
Manage workload of the Anaplan team
Perform requirements gathering for Enhancements requested
Design, Build, Test and Deploy Enhancements requested
High Proficiency in Anaplan
More than 3 years' experience in Anaplan
Experience in providing application support and maintenance
Able to deliver enhancements end to end, from requirements gathering up to deployment
Experience in delivery following the ITIL process and understanding of SLA concept
Experience in working in cross cultural environment, communicating with client from different cultural background
Proficient in English (verbal and written.
