Job Description
What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
Minimum of 2 years in the BPO/shared services setting
Minimum of 1 year as a Real Time Analyst
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Experience using Verint, preferred
Willing to work US hours
..Internal candidates have to be in a B3/P1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position. B2 applications will not be processed.
