Complete all corresponding documentation Monitor production of own and other team members solutions ensuring production issues are quickly identified and analysed Identify and correct production processing errors related to overall team responsibilities and work independently in general support of production systems. Communicate effectively with Report stakeholders in relation to report outages and data governance issues Take ownership of data quality and data governance by working with report stakeholders to define business rules for report production Understand potential drivers behind data quality issues and is able to independently investigate and/or leverage appropriate resources effectively to resolve even complex issues that occur Contribute to and produce documentation that supports end user knowledge of reporting solutions delivered Develop expertise in specific data subject areas within the data warehouse and provide support to the development team in these areas by sharing knowledge through documentation, posts, Wiki entries and training Candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred English C2 language skills Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships. Strong attention to detail. Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working in a data warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of relational databases Competent in creating accurate and efficient SQL queries using written code Is able to design and develop key database objects such as tables, views, functions and procedures Competent in automating the extraction, transformation and load (ETL) using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Ability to write scripts that customise the layout, format or function of reports using common languages such as C# or .Net Competent in developing web based self-service reports and Dashboards using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI Experience of multi-dimensional solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) would be an advantage Must have at least a 2 years' experience working on report automation or development of self-service reporting solutions Preferable to have experience of working in a contact centre environment for at least 2 years
