Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Analyst for Vendor Management to be based in our Paranaque office, Philippines. The Analyst will support one or more Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner relationships within Global Services (GS) Finance, such as Finance & Accounting (F&A), Global Payroll, Travel & Expenditure (T&E) or other outsourced functions. This portfolio of BPO service providers supports the internal GS Finance service delivery organization and works in close collaboration with multiple business units and other internal stakeholder groups Globally.
The Analyst supports multiple processes that optimize value from BPO relationships and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual, service performance, and financial obligations. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Supports the long-term strategy and framework for BPO Partnerships within GS Finance and ensures alignment with the overall Global Services BPO strategy. Interacts on an operational level with BPO Partners.
Supports plans that are developed and executed to achieve agreed upon goals and strategies. Develops appropriate expertise to analyze and action data to ensure BPO partnerships within GS Finance are operating effectively. Operational Supports resolution and escalation for all service level, contract and compliance issues.
Supports contract and financial management activities directly with Finance and Program Managers around contract management and financial management. Supports negotiating teams and/or participates in negotiations with BPO partners Builds alignment with multiple stakeholder groups within GS Finance and other SME's as needed to ensure diligent review and approval of all significant projects undertaken by the BPO Partner(s). Responsible to ensure BPO Partner(s) within GS Finance are compliant with internal and external policies and regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required 5+ years of related experience Demonstrated experience with Supplier Management, with particular focus on service level tracking and improvement, financial management, and supplier contracting support Extremely strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, develop and present key insights from data Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex global environment, including substantial flexibility to accommodate working hours in multiple regions Potential and passion to shape the BPO space and drive governance capability to be top quartile in industry Excellent project management skills Must be proficient in the English language Superior written and oral communication skills Primary Location Philippines-Central Visayas-Cebu- Organization Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte.
