Position Summary:
The Revenue Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for all data, decision-making tools, reporting and information needs for the Global Revenue Management team. As Sr. Analyst, Revenue Strategy and Analytics, you will support the Revenue Strategy and Analytics team in strategic initiatives through reporting on the status of the business, development of data-driven tools, quantitative analysis, and/or strategic review of the brands forecasting opportunities. This position proactively identifies opportunities for applying quantitative analysis in a business environment and interprets and presents results in a business format to the department, including international stakeholders and executives to assist in decision-making and analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for development, implementation, and support of revenue management systems, forecasts, models, and user tools.
Ensure tool development combines mathematical and business knowledge with analysis, delivering results in a business-user format. Successfully apply quantitative methods and techniques, including forecasting, linear regressions, optimization, and other statistical analysis.
Lead technical initiatives, determine user requirements and business needs to develop new tools and reporting. Oversee the development, implementation and support of such projects, from requirements gathering, to development strategy, testing and implementation.
Ability to leverage both technical and advanced mathematical skills to procure, interpret, and convert data into insightful analysis.
Responsible for development, accuracy, and maintenance of tools, including automated reporting, for Global Revenue Management teams to better manage the business.
Responsible for development of new models, as well as improvements to our current models, used to analyze and predict patterns and behavior related to demand, revenue, and business characteristics.
Support ongoing revenue initiatives to drive incremental revenue, such as categorization, nonrefundable deposits, cancellation and change fees, and pricing architecture.
Responsible for working cross-functionally to identify opportunities to drive and improve revenue, presenting findings to Management.
Responsible for monitoring progress and micro and macro-economic trends in adjusting strategy based on results and changes in markets or the industry.
Responsible for developing strategies to achieve revenue targets in excess of $4.8B in annual net ticket revenue. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree (MA) preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university required with focus in quantitative discipline preferred
Must be able to demonstrate understanding of Revenue Management concepts and tools or basic economics
Previous experience with Sales, Marketing, Analytics preferred but not required
Previous experience in implementing system enhancements and decision-making tools preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality, clear and concise presentations
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, Word, Excel, Brio Intelligence/Hyperion Studio and PowerPoint required and ability to manipulate data essential
Ability to collect, analyze and interpret revenue performance data
Ability to make strategic and tactical decisions with large financial impacts with minimal supervision
Ability to logically structure quantitative analyses of complex issues
Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in global environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to direct others without immediate supervision and demonstrated maturity
Knowledge of reservations system and revenue management data preferred but not required
Attention to detail required
Willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility
Ability to operate in a team environment
