Job Summary: iSourceOut, a rapidly expanding startup, is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. This position is home-based, non-voice and graveyard shift.
The analyst will work within a team to aggregate property related information to produce real estate reports following our proprietary processes. The ideal candidate will be able to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. The right candidate will be extremely motivated, organized, detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive, and will have an outstanding work ethic with strong time-management skills. Primary Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and verify property information and market data from a myriad of online sources.
Handle administrative activities using software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint, Google Earth and Google My Maps.
Adjust to innovations and process improvements and be flexible while new processes are being developed or current processes are being improved.
Effectively prioritize tasks, balancing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Continuously meet strict deadlines while producing high quality (client-ready) deliverables.
Maintain database of assigned properties, managing master data, including creation, updates and deletion.
Maintain organization of electronic files related to assigned property records.
Fulfil client orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables in accordance with Company policy.
Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance team if necessary.
Process confidential data and information according to Company policy.
Work closely with other teams to ensure full coverage and client satisfaction.
Complete honesty in all communication with organization and staff.
Make recommendations to improve project execution.
Other duties/projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
No related experience required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Detail oriented with excellent organization skills - the ability to develop, collect, formulate and maintain databases, spreadsheets and reports.
Exceptional work ethic, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Team player that can communicate frequently and effectively with management and staff.
Strong time management, record keeping and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and must be able to learn other software.
Sufficiently proficient in English to read and interpret documents, including Company policies and procedures.
Positive can-do attitude and open mindedness to learn, be coached and grow within a growing company.
Must pass background and reference checks.
