Run the payroll interface and ensure the accuracy of data extracted from the system.
Process interfaces, balance and analyze General Ledger figures, and report to St. Louis counterparts for any discrepancies or abnormal highs and lows.
Ensure that the payroll calculations are accurate.
Maintain and update employee records and tax information.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial, Accounting, Psychology, or related courses.
Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledgeable in any Payroll System
Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.
