As an Analyst I, Procurement, you will: Process documents such as verification and indexing. Communicate with suppliers and collect the required information such as data surveys. Update data in Oracle or ERP systems. Generate and publish basic reports as stated in process documents and scheduled timelines. Support other shared tasks of the procurement team. Who you are: You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You're a proactive self-starter with a high level of dedication to exceeding expectations. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. For this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. 1 year of working experience, preferably in a related field. Experience in document and data processing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and macros) and knowledgeable in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
