THE POSITION
The Employee Central Analyst is responsible for back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee life-cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs task oriented routine responsibilities
Responds to basic customer inquiries
Participates in process improvement activities
Works independently with situational supervision
Handles end to end transactions involving employee life cycle
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in handling APAC clients
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
