Key Responsibilities
Executes according to SLA's
Has detailed understanding of processes and SOP's
Adheres to controls
Has ideas for improvements
Informs Supervisor about any process issues
Provide the financial position and performance of the
organization and improve short and long term performance
through relevant, accurate and timely reporting; analysis,
decision support and participation through business
partnering, and efficient operational and transactional
processes.
Families responsible for managing financial information
within the areas of bookkeeping, compliance with
regulatory frameworks and period end activities.
Jobs focused on ensuring efficient execution of financial
transactional activities (e.g. payables, receivables, collection
etc.) related to vendors, customers and partners.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor degree in any business related courses
At least 2 years' experience in direct customer contact, service, and collections
With excellent negotiation skills and a win-win attitude
Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written.
Capability to work on cross functional objectives
Excellent English oral and written
Advanced skills in Excel is a must
SAP knowledge is a plus.
