Key Responsibilities:
Ensures that TESDA submits the 3-year Business Plan on time for processing and approval of World Vision and Isuzu Motors Limited (IML). Ensures that all the stakeholders are in agreement with the project goals, objectives, and strategies.
Together with WV finance, review the proposed annual work plan and budget of TESDA and endorsed to Operations Director for approval before endorsing to IML.
Select batches of future trainees in coordination with TESDA. In the process, conduct house visits and interviews of applicants and their families in collaboration with TESDA
Together with TESDA and IML sit as a member of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) in hiring and selection of staff for the project.
Provide support with the project partners any procurement requests vital in the project implementation such as tools, equipment and cafeteria services.
Monitor the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and academic well-being of the trainees while under the training project.
Ensures that Child and Adult Safeguarding and Gender equality protocols are in place and are being strictly observed.
Submits monthly operational and financial reports and such other reports as may be requested by the donor and immediate supervisor in the format and standard required by World Vision.
Manage performance of WV project staff (i.e. project driver)
Ensure comfortable living condition that are conducive to learning for trainees by monitoring and evaluating equally important auxiliary provision such as Dormitory and Cafeteria Services at the Training Centre
Maintains copies of important project related documents such as approved Memorandum of Agreement, Approved Business Plan, Budget plan, reports, forms, list of scholars, correspondences, and incident reports, etc.
