Job description
Hospital Duties and Responsibilities
Provides all necessary requirements needed for the completion of personnel file.
Submits an updates regarding specific duties and delegations assigned to the section.
Initiates and proposes a seminar and training related to Continuing Medical Education which can contribute in the development of the entire section and its coordinated areas.
Complies with the proper grooming, dress code and attire based on the required uniform of the company.
Maintains work operations by following hospital policies and procedures
Protects the organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
Serves and protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards.
Accepts and follows the adjustments, changes in tasks and schedules based on the demands and exigency of service.
Maintains the eligibility of work with thoroughness and accuracy in responsibility, assignments and instructions.
Acts independently in the regular delegated tasks and even in the new situations that may be encountered.
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned area including the files, equipment and other documents needed and to be used in the daily work activities.
Follows the set code of conducts imposed and regulated by the hospital authorized division.
Accepts area rotation if needed for the betterment of performance and service.
Professional Experience:
At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Knowledgeable in the hospital information system and other related transactions.
Can drive the hospital ambulance and mobile clinic safely at all times.
Can perform departmental inventory of hospital linens, machines and equipment.
Can document all hospital linens in relation to issuances, deliveries and utilizations.
Can perform transporting and transferring patient as safely as possible.
Can do communications and other transactions internally and externally.
Specialized Knowledge:
Can perform and facilitate the creation of files and documents under Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Can utilize the materials management system in Bizbox if needed.
