This is a remote position.
Support CEO in the performance of their duties
Inventory Management and Control including stock levels, orders, shipments and labels
Extract and build dashboards to track the performance of both sales and inventory
Use of excel to prepare spreadsheets and track metrics for various tracking
Support client purchases ensuring top quality customer service at all times
Email Management including appropriately tagging correspondence for the CEO to handle and sort by folder
Calendar Management to ensure the CEO's time is well scheduled effectively
Document management, control and manipulation to ensure correct formatting
Preparation of graphics using Canva templates for social media
Assist with the preparation of internal company policies and procedures
Online research and data collection
Personal Assistant tasks, as and where required
Requirements
At least 4 + years' experience in Administration
Experience with eCommerce or logistics highly regarded
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills or Qualifications:
Amazon Seller Central Experience
Canva/Inskscape (or experience with Vector Files)
Working Hours: 5am - 2pm Philippines Time (3pm - 12 midnight Central Time)
