Amazon Senior Operations Manager
What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an exceptional Amazon Senior Operations Manager, to support our client, a fast-growing independent card game development company in Seattle that loves what we do. Our two core games (Taco vs Burrito & Bold Made) have seen great success on Amazon and Kickstarter.

This role is 100% work from home.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Operations Lead
Active role modeling of company culture utilization of the Entrepreneurial Operating System components
Provide thoughtful recommendations and execution for resourcing needs
Manage our Amazon Account and lead the overall Amazon growth strategy staying up to date on the latest changes at Amazon.
Work with our external PPC management team to ensure it is meeting our KPIs and is aligned with our growth strategy.
Act as the thought leader on our overall Amazon Strategy and stay up to date on the latest changes and opportunities at Amazon.
Management of the day-to-day operations of the company including Product Research and Development, Amazon Launch, Brand and Product Management, Inventory Management, and Product Support & Customer Service.
Work with our rockstar Strategic Account Manager (at Amazon) to ensure we are taking advantage of all programs within Amazon and the LaunchPad program.
Maintain and update company process documentation (i.e., process maps, SOPs)
Manage our expansion into other Amazon Marketplaces such as Canada and the UK by working with resources inside Amazon and executing the plan
About You:
3-5 years' of experience working with Amazon focused businesses and 1 in an operations management capacity
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without a lot of oversight
Advanced Project Management skills and impeccable attention to detail
Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and KPIs
Strong leadership skills, drive, and ability to inspire and develop teams
Ability to monitor performance and provide gap analysis
Knowledgeable of international trading and US importation practices
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Change Management: Adept at leading a diverse team through change
Curiosity and Initiative: Stays up to date on platform changes and continuously innovating to optimize results
Accountability: Comfortable holding self and others accountable
Reliability: Consistent, trustworthy, and someone that team members can depend on
Communication: Clear, precise, and effective communicator, both internally and externally
Operationally Strategic: Ability to understand multiple interdependent parts and prioritize steps to foster progress toward strategy
Familiarity with software/ tools such as Amazon Seller Central, ClickUp, and Helium 10
Available to work overlapping hours of 8 AM to 12 PM Pacific Time initially, with a smaller overlap window eventually
