What are we looking for:
The Key Account Manager plays an ownership role in strategic planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for several agency-managed brands. Responsibilities include developing strategy and running daily logistics and merchandising for an assigned set of our client's clients:
We are searching for that innovative Amazon Account Manager that can help drive client goals and benchmarks.
The successful candidate will be a key player in driving business growth by increasing revenue while maintaining account health. This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is expected.
Our client will guide you along the journey, helping you to understand their client's business objectives. You'll be empowered to deliver and receive proper guidance from team members with decades of e-commerce experience.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Scorecard's Outcomes translated into Job responsibilities
Identify, develop, and implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing product rank (BSR), conversions, and sales.
Launch new products: keyword research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
Drive the success of product launches that include delivering on key factors that support critical phases of the Amazon product lifecycle.
Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitor listings and pricing, Amazon advertising trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities and present them to management;
Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on account success and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance;
Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs;
Staying informed about eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and Amazon platform updates;
Partner with client and supply chain analysts on inventory management, strategy, and forecasts;
Catalog management - new item set up, item maintenance, content uploading and QC monitoring;
Conducting A/B tests to reach the best results
About You:
Basic qualifications:
Customer Centricity - Must have a strong customer service mindset (customer first mindset)
Amazon Platform Proficiency - Must have 3+ years Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central experience and a knowledge of platforms, their user interfaces, best practices, and Amazon programs such as Climate Pledge Friendly, Born to Run, etc.. A successful history of seller / listing appeals; Amazon Plan-of-Action (POA) writing, and case management across both Vendor Central and Seller Central a plus. Experience with software applications such as Kepa and Helium10
Analytical Thinking - Comfortable understanding numbers and reports to make data driven decisions, with an intensive focus on aged inventory and account IPI.
Problem Solver - Ability to assess difficult situations and execute solutions, demonstrable experience in understanding Amazon program guidelines, updates, and changes.
Strong Project Management Skills - Ability to organize and launch projects and stay on top of the updates and progress, able to drive action to activities that require urgent attention.
Strong Communication Skills - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to drive team communication.
Easy to Adapt - Ability to adjust and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player - Can virtually collaborate with team members.
