About us:
Like Umami, which is a borrowed Japanese word that means the essence of something delicious, we aim to provide our customers with a great eating out experience through our collection of premium bento lunch boxes and other products. Our companys goal is to be able to encourage as many people to eat healthy while at the same time being eco-friendly by limiting waste production.
About you:
As a Catalog Manager, you will be responsible for managing our whole product catalog, fixing any issues properly, and following up appropriately with Amazon Support on an ongoing basis.
For this position, you will also be in charge of managing product pages, images, and content. Someone with previous Amazon FBA and/or Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Account Management is highly preferred.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills. And since you will be handling our Amazon account, we want someone who is passionate about customer service and values customer satisfaction. Additionally, we require that you have exceptional communication skills as you will be the point of contact for Amazon Support.
This is a full-time position and is fully remote.

Amazon Catalog Manager goals and responsibilities:
Setting up new products in Seller/Vendor Central, updating and correcting/fixing current ASINS for video and images.
Correcting and updating bullet points and item descriptions.
Creating flat files to partially update listings when necessary.
Manage catalog updates for multiple products and variations.
Troubleshoot errors and contact seller support in an efficient manner to resolve issues.
Follow up until issues are resolved.
Responsible for account health in collaboration with the whole team.
Responsible for submitting cases and resolving issues with Amazon
Amazon Catalog Manager requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central.
Experience in Catalog Management, Listing and Updating Product Data, images, and specifications.
Experience in handling customers, working with Amazon support on getting issues fixed in a timely manner.
High proficiency in google docs, spreadsheets, excel, and creating formulas.
Familiar with project management tool Clickup.
Strong background in analyzing data.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive problem solver.
