Job Overview
OWC is looking for Marketplace Account Specialists to help manage our day-to-day activities on Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, UK, EU, SG, UAE, SA, JP)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Product Listings on Amazon marketplaces: descriptions, new ASIN set up, copy and image optimization
- Monitor and manage overall account health, resolve any policy compliance issues
- Monitor inventory levels and shipments, work with the operations team to schedule replenishments
- Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, product sales, margin, returns, ratings, and reviews
- Work with Amazon Account Managers to Manage advertising strategies: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Enhanced Brand Content (A+ content), Amazon Storefront
- Review sales and marketing performance with Amazon Account Managers to ensure achievement of performance objectives
- Work with Amazon Account Managers to implement overall Amazon strategies and best practices
Required Experience
- Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central Marketplace management and product optimization or other 3rd party marketplace experience
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, AMS, SEO, Amazon Brand Analytics, and Keyword Optimization a plus
